Chrono nutrition or diet – is based on a rule that certain types of foods should be consumed in a designated time. Chrono diet is based on food consumption according to the daily rhythm of our physical body. Our body secretes different hormones and enzymes to digest food throughout the day. So, we act on this and feed the body with adequate food. For example, in the morning, the body secretes insulin, so we need to avoid intake of sugar, because that would only burden the pancreas. Consuming a certain type of food in certain times of the day will digest the food properly and prevent accumulation of body fat.

The bottom line is – you can eat everything, but at a certain time and with the proper combination of foods. Each food has its own part of the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks. Not only are you supposed to lose weight while NEVER feeling hungry with the Chrono diet, but your fat is supposed to miraculously re-arrange itself and your cellulite disappear!

Chrono diet was created in France in 1986, by the French doctor Alain Delabos. He created it using a very precise research of physiological and biochemical processes in the human body, so there is no fear that you could endanger your health. The only rule you need to follow is “Eat the right aliment, at the right moment, in the correct quantities (based on your height)”
