We’ve put together the perfect keto meal plan for an awesome week of delicious keto foods you are guaranteed to love. If you don’t like some of the suggested recipes, you can find more keto-friendly here and sub in the recipes per your taste. Day 1

Breakfast: Keto Scrambled Eggs With Halloumi Cheese

Eggs are a healthy food that is packed with protein and lutein, and they fill you up for hours. Make a healthy scrambled eggs with halloumi cheese and enjoy your first breakfast of this 7-day keto meal plan.

Lunch: BLT Salad

Day 2

A simple standby, but one that people on keto adore. Eggs and some bacon might not sound like much, but it’s full of protein that will keep you full and energized all morning.

Lunch: Keto Tuna Salad

You’ll quickly find that salads are your friend when in ketosis, and for a good reason: they provide lots of food to fill you up, but they’re not going to bog you down. This keto tuna salad is quick and easy to prepare and it tastes delicious.

Dinner: Cauliflower crusted grilled cheese sandwiches

A great low-carb solution that allows you to enjoy a great grilled cheese sandwich for dinner.

Day 3

Breakfast: Eggies

Eggies are a simple solution for days of healthy breakfasts. Simply beat 8 eggs in a bowl, add in cheese and vegetables, and pour into muffin tins that have been lined with a strip of bacon. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Store in baggies for breakfast for up to 5 days.

Lunch: Keto BBQ pot roast

When you get on keto you might think that BBQ is no longer an option because a lot of BBQ sauces have sugar in them but that isn’t the case. You always have options on keto that are just as delicious.

Dinner: Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Day 4
