Keto Scrambled Eggs With Halloumi Cheese

Are you ready to take scrambled eggs to a whole new level? We’ll let you in on a secret – add some scallions, bacon and halloumi cheese! These incredibly delicious keto scrambled eggs make a great breakfast, but you can make this recipe for lunch, too! Who thought scrambled eggs could taste so good?


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 oz. bacon, diced
  • 3 oz. halloumi cheese, diced
  • 2 scallions
  • 8 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 tablespoons pitted olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Dice halloumi cheese and bacon.
  2. Heat olive oil on medium high in a frying pan and fry halloumi, scallions and bacon until nicely browned.
  3. Whisk together parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan over the bacon and cheese. Lower the heat, add the olives, and stir for a couple of minutes.
  5. Serve with or without a salad.

Are you a vegetarian? Just leave out the bacon, and you’ve got yourself a great vegetarian recipe for scrambled eggs. You may also replace the halloumi cheese with a different cheese such as mozzarella or feta. If you substitute the cheese, do not fry it; just add it in towards the end. Enjoy!
