The almond tarator sauce is traditionally served with fish and vegetables or used as a dip. The almonds can be replaced with walnuts or lightly toasted hazelnuts. A interesting and refreshing recipe. Non-cooked, easy and fast to prepare.
1 fresh cucumber
100 g almonds
20 ml water
2 spoons olive oil
2 spoons lemon juice
2-3 garlic scapes
1 spoon dried dill
Salt & pepper
Step 1: Soak the almonds overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours in water.
Step 2: Add almonds, oil, lemon juice, garlic and water to Nutribullet and blend the ingredients.
Step 3: Peel the cucumber and cut to small pieces.
